How deep do you grind stumps?
150mm below grade as standard. For paving or construction prep, we grind to 300mm. Root chase extends 300mm radius from stump centre — this prevents resprouting from lateral roots.
Can you grind a stump near a fence / pool / reticulation?
Yes. Pedestrian grinder fits 600mm gaps. We hand-dig around reticulation pipes, pool plumbing, and fence footings. Zero damage guarantee — we locate services first.
What happens to the wood chips?
We remove all grindings unless you want them for garden mulch (aged 3 months recommended). Fresh chips draw nitrogen — not ideal for immediate planting.
