1. Service Scope & Quotations
All written quotations provided by Backyard Roo are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on visual on-site inspection or client-provided plans and measurements.
2. Site Access & Underground Utilities
Property owners and clients are responsible for providing unobstructed access to work areas (water supply, electrical access, and clear gates). Any underground utilities (irrigation, power, telecom) must be disclosed prior to excavation or trenching.
3. Materials & Workmanship Guarantee
All structural retaining walls, brick paving, and turf installations are executed to Australian building standards and local council guidelines. Natural materials (limestone, turf varieties) may exhibit standard organic variations.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are detailed on each job schedule and invoice. We accept direct bank transfer and major credit cards upon milestone or project completion.
